Dig it. New WordPress site in honor of the first WordCamp Seattle. It’s a place to share your favorite themes and plugins with the world. Post your favorites. I’m going to try various ways of giving people access to the site so they can add favorites themselves. Right now, any WordPress.com member can post.

Okay. Here goes. This list looks like it’s got most of the standard recommendations: 30+ Essential WordPress Plugins http://wparena.com/?p=259 Remember, if you activate 30 plugins on one site, you are asking for trouble! Too many possible conflicts. Am I wrong?
I’m breaking my own initial rule for this site, which was that knowledgeable folks would offer comments and reviews of themes and plugins so that the rest of us would not have to wade through interminable lists of links of “30+ Essential…” etc.

You can write here because the settings for the site allow anyone with a WordPress.com account to contribute, with the idea that people will add their favorite WordPress themes and plugins.
